How It Works

Step 1

Once you are on the phone with a member of our support team, you will be directed back to this page, and click on the TeamViewer image to go to the TeamViewer download page.

The download will start automatically.

Step 2

Depending on what browser you use, you will be prompted Run or simply click on the downloaded file (TeamViewerQS executable).[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css_animation=”left-to-right”]

Step 3

You will be asked if you want to allow the file to run by Windows.

Click YES.

Step 4

A window that looks just like the TeamViewer image will appear.
